Come one, come all! This class is a mix of dance, stretching, circus strengthening, juggling, games and fun geared for seniors. Circus is inclusive to all abilities and is great for building confidence, agility, mobility and friendships. Your instructor has been a professional circus and dance artist and coach for more than 20 years. She is also an osteopath (DOMP) and certified yoga instructor and brings a wealth of physical and somatic knowledge.
